Help center

Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers for visitors, business owners, and anyone submitting or claiming a listing on Korea Playbook.

For visitors

How do I find the right business or resource?

Start with a category, keyword, or location, then compare listing details, photos, contact options, and verification signals.

Are all listings reviewed?

Yes. Every listing is checked by phone before it's published — we confirm the business actually operates in English, rather than relying on what's claimed on a website or booking page. This isn't a system of user-submitted reviews; it's verification our team does before anything goes live.

Can I report outdated information?

Yes. Use the report listing page to flag incorrect hours, contact details, category placement, or other profile issues.

For businesses

How do I add my organization?

Use the submit listing page to share business details, contact information, categories, media, and the plan that fits your goals.

Can I claim a listing that already exists?

Yes. The claim listing flow is built for organizations that need ownership access to an existing profile.

What happens after I submit?

Submissions can be reviewed for accuracy, then published or returned with notes if something needs clarification.

Plans and payments

Do I need a paid plan?

No. A free listing is enough for basic visibility. Paid plans are available for featured placement and richer promotion.

Can I change my plan later?

The payment page is structured so a real checkout provider can support upgrades, downgrades, receipts, and billing changes.

Still need help?

Reach out with listing questions, community feedback, or billing support and the directory team can route your message.
